Christopher Farr’s fabric line Cloth is joyfully eclectic, full of nods to different cultures, eras, cities, motifs, etc. It’s a happy and very colorful whirlwind. I like Quadrant (pictured above) for it’s references to Kuba cloth.

Along with all their oldies-but-goodies Hable Construction has fresh new hand-printed patterns available for their series of both canvas and linen pillows.

Anyone who looked at The New York Times’ “Design & Living Summer 2010″ Style Magazine this weekend likely ran into ABC Carpet & Home’s full-page advertisement for their new line of ikat-patterned “Ethos” carpets woven from recycled sari silk. Though I can’t quite picture the process that transforms old saris into new carpets the end product is certainly alluring.
