Tribal Trappings (posted about here last summer) currently has a collection of brightly colored contemporary Hmong festival aprons for sale at their website. Most often bedecked with pom pom tassels, these small embroidered pieces (each approximately 20″ x 10″) are a party all by themselves. Above, a detail from an apron already sold.

Via Eco Fabulous.
Studio Roam –

Studio Roam, founded by two textile designers in 2007, produces made-to-order blankets from their micro factory in Scotland. They offer a range of patterns (from dangerously sweet to retro punk) and also accommodate custom requests. Above, their 100% cashmere Stromboli blanket.
