John Gillow’s books usually have great pictures, although I was sad to see his book on traditional Indian textiles had almost nothing on South Indian textiles. But yes, I hope you get this as a gift and then you can share your favourite pics with your blog followers
John is a friend and an avid traveler and collector. I just heard from him in his travels in Iran today. He really goes to places that are not always easy to travel in, Afghanistan next.
